Catering
Thank you for your interest in having us cater your next event. Our staff will be happy to help you plan a menu to meet both your event and budget needs. It is our goal to provide you and your guests an event to be remembered. The following policy will outline what to expect from us and what we expect from you. Thank you again for this opportunity.

BOOKING: LawDawg BBQ books events on a first come, first serve basis, so please set your date early, as some dates do fill up quickly. It is our policy to not overbook popular dates to insure the highest quality of service. A 25% booking fee is required upon confirmation of your event. Payment of the remaining balance is due the day of your event, unless other arrangements have been made.
GUEST COUNT: A confirmed guest count is required 5 days prior to your event. This count is the guaranteed number of guests for which we prepare your food and bill.
CANCELLATION: If you cancel your event within 30 days, your deposit will be refunded. In lieu of inclement weather, please have a covered area in which to set up.
CATERING: Is your company having a picnic? Do you wanting a simple wedding catered, but you have a tight budget? If you want a meal that is affordable, give us a call. We can provide you with a quote for a dinner with a combination of meats and sides.

PARTY ORDERS: You can get the same meal that you would on a catering, but you pick it up and serve it yourself. Get a couple of “volunteers” to help set it up and serve and you save some money over the catering price. You don’t have to order a complete dinner this way. Just tell us what you want and how many you want to serve. Just give us a call, and we will give you a bid.
CUSTOM COOKING: We do custom cooking. Bring in your meat, and we will cook it for you just like it was our own. Got a turkey sitting in the freezer taking up space? Bring it on down. Having a family get together and don’t feel like standing out over the grill all day? Let us take care of it. We will custom cook your turkeys, chickens, briskets, pork loins, etc. We ask that you bring us the item frozen so that we ensure that it is not spoiled.
